Find publicly available archived copies of articles and broken pages. No account, no background tracking, no automatic archiving.

  1. Pin ByeWall. Open your browser’s Extensions menu and pin the ByeWall icon. In Safari, enable ByeWall in Settings → Extensions.
  2. Open a public article and click the icon. Archive.today’s lookup opens in a new tab. The provider may ask for verification or have no readable copy.
  3. Need another route? Right-click a page or link, choose ByeWall, then “Try Wayback Machine” or “Archive options…”.

Keyboard shortcut: Alt + Shift + B (Option on Mac), where supported. Change conflicting shortcuts in your browser’s extension settings.
